- 01Somebody calls the number you gave us to agree a time. This site does not hold a slot — it has not looked at a calendar and it is not going to pretend it has.
- 02We come out and look: inside first where there is a stain, then the roof itself, photographing as we go.
- 03You get the photographs and what we found, in writing, whether or not you have any work done.
